Great pro and seemed like a good bloke. Sorry to see him go. Understand why he wanted to and it seems like on good terms.
The ones we still have are all better footballers but don’t really have that old school no nonsense leadership physical quality that you seem to need. They all seem more ‘finesse’ players. We are weakened at set pieces at both ends of the pitch and it is a bit of a worry that with their track records one or more of them gets injured and we are struggling for bodies again. Audible groan round the stadium yesterday when Zouma’s knee appeared to go in the first half and he looked fucked. Fuck knows what happened but at least it seemed ok.
We really need to get another centre back in before the end of the window because we are one injury away from kehrer or a full back being in the rotation there or in the side full stop if he wants to play three.

Joining a good club in the PL, near his home, on a 2 and half year deal, he will be well chuffed, can't begrudge him that. I don't think I need to wish the multi millionaire footballer any 'luck' though.

It doesn’t make sense to strengthen a relegation rival.
He was a Watford reserve 3 years ago but now he is a dependable Premier League defender. We shouldn’t have let him go in the middle of the season

Did a great job for us, very good signing.

Why let him go now to a relegation rival.. its just crazy... I'd rather they agree to let him go on a free in the summer. Getting 3.5m for him now is meaningless if we get relegated!
